The National Peanut Festival (NPF) is organized every year in Dothan, Alabama. The event is organized to honor the local peanut farmers and celebrate the harvest season in Dothan, which is also known as ‘the Peanut Capital of the World’. Held each fall, it is the nation’s largest peanut festival. In 2024, the ten-day National Peanut Festival will be held from Friday, November 1 to Sunday, November 10.
