About Thomasville’s Victorian Christmas
The Victorian Christmas event is held each December in Downtown Thomasville, Georgia. The annual event was founded by downtown merchants in 1986 to promote local shopping and dining during the holidays.
What initially began as a marketing initiative, has transformed into a widely celebrated community tradition that is also attended by a large number of visitors. This family-friendly celebration offers something for everyone including carriage rides, tasty food, crafts for kids, street musicians, live entertainment, photo ops, demonstrations, and more. In 2024, Thomasville’s Victorian Christmas will be held on Thursday, December 12 and Friday, December 13.
