The 26th Annual Dickinson Festival of Lights
The Festival of Lights is a holiday tradition that annually takes place at Paul Hopkins Park in Dickinson, Texas. In 1998, the event began as an idea between two neighbors, John Montgomery and Robert Morgan. What started on HWY 3 and 44th Street, moved to Paul Hopkins Park in 2003 to accommodate the growing popularity. In 2023, the Dickinson Festival of Lights will take place from Saturday, November 25 to Saturday, December 30.
