Cheboygan County Fair is a family-friendly and fun-filled event held annually at the fairgrounds on Lincoln Avenue in Cheboygan, Michigan. The fair first took place in September 1878 on the grounds of the Cheboygan Horse Association. In the late 1940s, the Spies family sold 30 acres of land to the fair association for only $1.00; and the Cheboygan County Fair has been held there ever since.
Cheboygan County Fair features livestock, a horse show, midway rides, food, rodeo performances, crafts, tractor pulls, and more. In 2024, the eight-day Cheboygan County Fair will be held from August 3 to August 10.
