About the Fair
The Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair is one of the largest events in Northeast Florida. It is held each year at the beautifully landscaped fairgrounds in Jacksonville, Florida. The event was first held in 1955 and has grown to become one of the most popular fairs in the State of Florida. After being held at the former Gator Bowl(now transformed into Jacksonville Municipal Stadium) for many years, the fair moved to its present location in 1990.
The Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair is a family-friendly event that offers lots of fun, entertainment, and activities for everyone. The fair features livestock shows, 4H & FFA events, horticulture, merchandise, contests, arts & crafts, food, rides, games, and more. In 2024, the eleven-day Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair will take place from Thursday, October 31 to Sunday, November 10.
