About the Festival
The Hahira Honeybee Festival annually takes place at Main Street in Downtown Hahira, Georgia. The festival was first held in 1981 as a weekend of arts, crafts, entertainment, and a parade. Over the years, the Honeybee Festival has grown into a week-long extravaganza attended by more than 20,000 people.
Hahira Honeybee Festival is a family-friendly and fun-filled event that features food, arts & crafts, kids’ activities, a 5K run/walk, a parade, a pageant, a dog show, live entertainment, and more. In 2024, the six-day Hahira Honeybee Festival will begin on Monday, September 30 and continue till Saturday, October 5.
