About the Boat Parade
Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade is an annual event that takes place at Marina’s Main Channel in California. The event was first held in 1963 and only twenty boats circled the Marina Del Rey’s main basin. The boat parade turned out to be an advertisement for the Marina as it grew manifold after the first few parades.
You can also join the community to enjoy the picturesque marina, fireworks, and boats circling the channel. In 2024, the Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade will be held on Saturday, December 14.
