5K Route
The Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival 5K Road Race route travels from Blackburn Park, north on Ashford Dunwoody Road, then right on Harts Mill Road, right on Bubbling Creek Road, then right again on Donaldson Drive. The last leg of the 5K Run will traverse the walking trail at Blackburn Park to the finish line.

Every spring, the vibrant colors of cherry blossom trees make Blackburn Park in Brookhaven, Georgia an exquisite attraction. And, this is the perfect time to celebrate the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival with cherry blossom trees in full bloom.
The annual festival offers a great opportunity for visitors to marvel at hundreds of cherry blossom trees, while enjoying tasty food, live music, children’s activities, a classic car show, a petting zoo, and much more. One of the highlights of the festival is the 5K run/walk, which is a great way to experience the beauty of the Brookhaven neighborhoods while getting some exercise.
In 2025, the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival will be held on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30, and the 5K Run will take place on Saturday, March 22.
