California Capital Airshow (CCA) is annually organized at Mather Airport. Established in 2004, it is an exciting, family-friendly event designed to honor veterans and celebrate the Sacramento region’s rich aviation heritage. Among other things, CCA also aims to inspire young people using the power and magic of flight. The airshow also gives back to society through scholarships and donations. In 2024, the two-day California Capital Airshow will be held on Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14.
