About the Fair
The Chiaha Harvest Fair is organized each year at the Coosa Valley Fairgrounds in Rome, Georgia. The event was first held in 1964 to recognize local craftsmen. What started as a small event in the small backyard atmosphere has grown exponentially in the number and quality of exhibitors, vendors, entertainment, and activities.
Chiaha Harvest Fair is a family-friendly event that offers something for everyone. Juried arts and crafts are one of the main highlights of the fair. The event also features live music, tasty food, kids’ activities, exhibits, and more. Funds raised from the fair are used to support students, artists, and musicians in the Rome/Floyd County region. In 2024, the two-day Chiaha Harvest Fair will take place on Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27.
