Clay County Agricultural Fair is annually organized at Paul E. Reinhold Agricultural Fairgrounds in Green Cove Springs, Florida. The first fair was held from Tuesday, March 31 to Saturday, April 4, 1987. Clay County Fair is a premier family event that offers lots of fun and entertainment for people of all ages. The fair features midway rides, livestock, contests, exhibits, food, and more. In 2023, the eleven-day Clay County Agricultural Fair will be held from Thursday, March 30 to Sunday, April 9.

Paid tickets are required for ages 6 and above to enter the Clay County Fair. Children under the age of 6 can enter the gates for free.
