Ionia Free Fair is annually held at the fairgrounds on Dexter St. The fair was founded in the year 1915 and it quickly became popular for its entertainment and agricultural events. Ionia Free Fair is a family event that offers lots of fun and entertainment for attendees of all ages. The fair features midway rides, food, monster trucks, exhibits, and more. In 2022, the nine-day Ionia Free Fair will be held from Friday, July 15 to Saturday, July 23.
