Website Merced County Fair
Merced County Fair is annually held in June at the fairgrounds on Martin Luther King Jr. Way. The first fair started on Wednesday, September 2, 1891, and was held in a pavilion on 18th Street. However, the beginning of the Merced County Fair “as we know it today” was a two-day event held in September 1929. The fair moved to its current location in 1931. Merced County Fair is a family-friendly event that offers lots of fun and entertainment for all ages. The event features livestock, delicious food, exhibits, carnival rides, competitions, and so much more. In 2024, the five-day Merced County Fair will be held from Wednesday, June 5 to Sunday, June 9.
