About North Idaho State Fair
North Idaho State Fair is held annually at the 83-acre Kootenai County Fairgrounds located along Government Way in Coeur d’Alene, ID. The fair had a humble beginning over 100 years ago. Over the years it has grown into a ten-day widely-celebrated community tradition that offers something for everyone.
North Idaho State Fair features livestock shows, agriculture, carnival rides, games, food booths, commercial vendors, rodeo performances, and lots of family-friendly fun. In 2024, the ten-day North Idaho State Fair will begin on Friday, August 16 and conclude on Sunday, August 25.
