The 9th Annual Portland Winter Light Festival (PDXWLF)
The Winter Light Festival is annually held at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in Portland, OR. Organized by Willamette Light Brigade, PDXWLF is a free-to-attend community event that blends art and technology to invigorate Portland in the winter. In 2024, the nine-day Portland Winter Light Festival will take place from Friday, February 2 to Saturday, February 10.
