Oregon WinterFest is annually held at Deschutes County Expo Center in Redmond, OR. Presented by Lay It Out Events, it is a family-friendly festival that is packed with plenty of fun and entertainment. The WinterFest features ice carvings, stunning fire pit sculptures, light displays, live music, and more.
