About the Penticton Peach Festival
The Penticton Peach Festival has been a widely celebrated community tradition since 1947. The festival began as an event to celebrate the peach harvest and has evolved into a 5-day event packed with family-friendly fun and entertainment for all ages. The Penticton Peach Festival features carnival rides, games, live music, performances, parades, contests, food, and so much more.
Each year, the Peach Festival begins on the Wednesday after the B.C. long weekend and closes on the following Sunday. In 2024, the Penticton Peach Festival will begin on Wednesday, August 7 and conclude on Sunday, August 11.
