About the Fair
Saanich Fair annually takes place over the Labour Day weekend at the fairgrounds located along Stellys Cross Road in Saanichton, BC. First held in 1868, it is one of the oldest agricultural fairs in Canada.
Saanich Fair promotes agriculture, and offers interesting activities and lots of fun in a family-friendly environment. The fair features livestock, agricultural exhibits, competitions, live music, fair food, midway rides, games, vendor booths, and more. In 2024, the three-day Saanich Fair will be held from Saturday, August 31 to Monday, September 2.
