About Washington & Greene Counties’ Covered Bridge Festival
Washington and Greene Counties’ Covered Bridge Festival is held annually over the third weekend in September at 9 festival sites. Each of the 9 festival locations offers an array of activities in a family-friendly atmosphere. The Covered Bridge Festival features historical reenactments, demonstrations, entertainment, food, arts & crafts, exhibits, children’s activities, horse-drawn wagon rides, contests, games, and more.
In 2024, the two-day Washington and Greene Counties’ Covered Bridge Festival will take place on Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22.
