About Broome County Fair
Broome County Fair is held annually at the fairgrounds located along US-11 in Whitney Point, NY. The Broome County Agricultural Society was incorporated in 1858 and the first fair was held in 1871. With a rich history that goes back more than a hundred and fifty years, the fair celebrates the agricultural bounty of Broome County.
Broome County Fair is a widely celebrated community tradition featuring many attractions for all ages. The fair features animals, amusement rides, demolition derbies, rodeo performances, kiddy tractor pulls, 4-H shows, pageants, food, and more. In 2024, Broome County Fair will begin on Tuesday, July 23 and conclude on Sunday, July 28.
