About the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival
The Barnesville Pumpkin Festival is held annually over the last full weekend of September in Downtown Barnesville, Ohio. It is the place to be for all things pumpkin and lots of family-friendly fun.
The Pumpkin Festival features giant pumpkin weigh-offs, pumpkin pie baking contests, pumpkin pie eating contests, pumpkin roll contests, a parade, a 5K run/walk, a classic car show, pageants, agricultural displays, kiddie tractor pulls, and much more. In 2024, the four-day Barnesville Pumpkin Festival will begin on Thursday, September 26 and conclude on Sunday, September 29.
