About the Fair
Isanti County Fair is a family-friendly and fun-filled event held at the fairgrounds on Highway 95 in Cambridge, Minnesota. The first fair was a simple agricultural event held in 1877.
By 1913, a piece of land was purchased where the Cambridge Mall now stands and was used as the fairgrounds for some 60 years. In 1968, the site of the current fairgrounds was purchased and the first fair on new grounds took place in 1971.
Isanti County Fair features livestock, pets, demonstrations, commercial vendors, truck & tractor pulls, demolition derby, food, contests, carnival rides, and more. In 2024, the five-day Isanti County Fair will take place from Wednesday, July 17 to Sunday, July 21.
