About the Fair
Montour-Delong Community Fair annually takes place at the fairgrounds located along Broadway Road in Danville, Pennsylvania. The fair was first held in October 1935 at DeLong Memorial School in Washingtonville, Pennsylvania. The fair had a humble beginning, but has expanded and evolved into a widely celebrated community tradition.
Montour-Delong Community Fair is a family-friendly and fun-filled event that features animal exhibits, vegetable & fruit exhibits, tractor pulls, 4×4 vehicle pulls, kiddie pedal pulls, mini horse pulls, auctions, demonstrations, old-fashioned contests, youth contests, art & handicrafts, live music, amusement rides and more. In 2024, the six-day Montour-Delong Community Fair will be held from Monday, July 22 to Saturday, July 27.
