About Apple Butter Fest
Founded in 1984, Salem Apple Butter Festival is a family-friendly event that provides live demonstrations of old fashion apple butter making and lots of fun, entertainment, and activities for all ages. The festival also features tasty food, contests, fireworks, a grand parade, 5K run, crafts, and more. You can also participate in the talent show and corn hole tournament at the festival. In 2023, the four-day Salem Apple Butter Festival will be held from Thursday, October 5 to Sunday, October 8.
